WHY ISNT ONEACCOUNT RBS COMPATIBLE WITH QUICKBOOKS? My accountant just sent bill£750 just2transfer transactions to QB.Autoentry=crap jumbles everything when it sends2QB.

Let's check to see why you're getting that prompt, staceywattoncond.

 

There are system requirements that need to be met so QuickBooks and the RBS bank will be compatible. In this case, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. That way, they can start a screen-sharing session to see your and the errors you're prompted. They might take screenshots for documentation and open a case for investigation.

  1. Click on the Help ( ? ) menu and choose Contact Us.
  2. Copy and paste your question in the field provided and click Continue.
  3. Choose Chat or Request for a callback.

Alternatively, you can upload your transactions manually using Web Connect files.
