All banks connected through Quickbooks need to now be on an open banking connection as regulated by the new banking rules in the EU. The deadline for all banks to be ready by has now passed and there are some banks who we can not connect with because of this. It would be a case of downloading the bank transactions from the bank website into an excel file and using the cog in the top right>imort data>bank data for the moment to import them in. More information of when the connection will be available for the Co-operative Bank will be updated at this link
