Why when I click the email clarify link, does QuickBooks try to take my money again and not recognise any of the account I’ve already set up and linked to my bank. ?

Your browsing history can be the reason why you're unable to open your account. Let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps so you can access your account without any issues.

 

To begin with, you can log in to your account via incognito or private window of your browser so we can check if this is related to your current browser or not. To do so:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

Once you can successfully access your account, you can clear your regular browser's cache so you can start browsing from scratch. However, if the issue persists, you pull up your company using our other supported browsers.
