Hi Dnwlandscapes, if you have the natwest app downloaded could you please remove it then log into quickbooks and try link your bank account once it is linked then you can re download the natwest app again.

Hi dnwlandscapes What's happening when you attempt to link your bank, what bank is it, are you receiving any type of error code or message and are you attempting to link the bank using the app on a mobile device or a computer/browser?

tried on my laptop and mobile 

After I click what account I want to link it to it says AuthenticationFailed INPUT
