I’m more than happy to help you, @payroll19.

To reconcile your bank in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you’ll want to ensure QBO matches the balance of your real-life bank account. Doing so we’ll ensure we reconcile your accounts accurately.

Then to start reconciling your account:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Reconcile
  2. If you're reconciling for the first time, select Get Started first and then Let's do it.
  3. From the Account drop-down menu, select the account you want to reconcile.
  4. Check the Last statement ending date
  5. Review the Beginning balance. Make sure the beginning balance in QuickBooks matches the one on your bank statement.
  6. Enter the Ending balance and Ending date as they're written on your bank statement.
  7. Click Start reconciling.

I’m adding this article that can guide you through the complete process:Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

In case you’ll encounter some issues when reconciling, you can refer to this article on how to handle the situation: Fix issues when you're reconciling accounts in QuickBooks Online.

You’re always welcome to get back to me if you have other concerns or questions about reconciling your accounts. It’s always my pleasure to keep you in working order.
