Wrong back account has linked to QuickBooks . Personal and not business account from same provider . How do o delete and reset to link correct acc?

I'll share the steps on you can connect your business account, @usermbailey.

 

You'll want to disconnect the wrong account and connect the business account. Let me walk you through how.

 

To disconnect:

  1. Go to the Banking menu. Then, select the Banking tab.
  2. Highlight the personal account.
  3. Tap the pencil icon, then hit Edit account info.
  4. Tick the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
  5. Click Save and Close.

 

To add your business account:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu, then select the Banking tab.
  2. Choose Add account or Link account if you've already created one.
  3. Search your bank. Then, Continue. Enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the window.
  4. Choose your business account.
  5. Pick how far back you want to download transactions. Some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can go back as far as 24 months.
  6. Click Connect.
