Question

You asked Hi I’d really like to be able to link my new bank account to Quickbooks. I use ANNA which is an online bank but it’s not yet set up to work with Quickbooks

Hello there, @nilliw.

I'm glad to see you dropping by here in the Community. I can share some workaround so you can add the bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

While it's not yet supported, I suggest sending a request support for your bank. They might consider the connection with QuickBooks in the future updates.

Here's how:

  1. On the left panel, go to Banking.
  2. Click Add account.
  3. Search for the bank name.
  4. Press the Still can't find your bank? option.

For now, the only workaround available is to import transactions manually via WebConnect. I recommend checking with your financial institution to verify if they support this method.

There are specific formats required to move them to QuickBooks. Please refer to the list below:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)

To upload the file, please follow these steps:

  1. On the left panel, go to Banking.
  2. Click Upload transactions
  3. Choose the file you want to upload.
  4. Hit Next until finish.

Meanwhile, I've attached some articles you can use to learn more about connecting your bank account, as well as importing using the WebConnect feature:
