1 bank account has no deposits showing in register but do show on reconciliation

I'll make sure that you'll be able to view the deposits in your register. First, you'll want to verify that the transactions are properly sorted so it will be easier for you to locate the bank deposits. Here's how:

1. Go to the Lists menu.
2. Choose Chart of Accounts.
3. Select the appropriate bank account.
4. Click the Sort by drop-down menu, then set the appropriate sorting option.

If they still don't appear, it could be that they're posted to a different bank account. You can go to other registers and review the transaction list.

It is also possible that the payments weren't deposited yet. In this case, you can create a bank deposit to move the money from the Undeposited Funds account to the correct bank account.
