Hello @accounts538,

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to assist you with your concern about the cash flow planner in QuickBooks Online.

The cash flow planner allows you to forecast your income and expenses. These include your recurring bills created by the system.

In the QuickBooks section,  you can select the transaction types you wish to view on your chart. Transactions imported from QuickBooks (such as future-dated invoices or bills) are analyzed to generate predicted items on the planner in the future.

If you want to change the type of data you want to see in your planner, you can customize it. I recommend checking your planner’s preferences.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Business overview or Cash flow, then select Planner.
  2. On the planner page, select the small gear ⚙ icon.
  3. Select your preference.
  4. Select Save.

If you've already configured the settings, but the issue persists, the browser's stored cache may be full. It can cause unusual behavior, like the one you experienced with the planner.

I suggest logging into your account using a private browser for initial troubleshooting. It doesn't store data in the cache and is a great way to isolate browser-related issues.

If you're using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press the CTRL + Shift + shortcut on your keyboard. For Safari, hit Command + Shift + N. Press CTRL + Shift + if you're using Google Chrome.

From there, remove transactions from the navigation and customize the preference. If it works, let's clear your browser's cache to refresh stored data within your browser.

If it doesn't work, use another supported web engine to isolate and identify if the problem is browser-related.

Additionally, you can export your cash flow details into a PDF file. You can use this link as your reference for the detailed steps in QuickBooks: Use the cash flow planner in QuickBooks Online.
