A payment by Credit Card was made online with our Quick Books Online account. How do I find verification information for that transaction?

If you're referring to a charge for your QuickBooks Online subscription, you can log in to your account and check what the transaction is for. Here's how:

1. Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/order-status/what-is-this-intuit-charge-on-my-credit-card-statement/00/187848. 
2. Select option and fill out the required details.
3. Click Look up charge. 

If you're referring to an online from your customer, follow these steps on how to get details about the transaction:

1. Sign in to your account in the Merchant Service Center.
2. Click Activities & Reports and select Deposits.
3. Select the date range in the Dates field.
4. Click Search.
