A transaction is showing up on bank statement, and in the QB file, but not showing up on my reconciliation window in QB. In the chart of accounts, it is cleared.

I’ll help you fix your unreconciled transaction. These steps will guide you in your Reconciliation process. To reconcile it again: 

1. Go to Chart of Accounts then click on the said unreconciled transaction.
2. Then, select the transaction to expand the view.
3.  Next, choose the box in the checkmark column until you see an R. This manually reconciles the transaction.
4.  Then save.
