Account reconciles against paper statement, won't reconcile digitally. How can I fix this?

All transactions that are on paper statement are in the bank register. It's showing off because of a deleted transaction that was actually a duplicate. So all transactions are in the record and it will not reconcile.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community, @twolf. Let me help you proceed to reconcile your transaction.

 

Reconciliation process can be very tricky specially if you have duplicate transactions in your account. What we are going to do is to check the previous reconciliation to see if we can spot any errors on it. Once done,  If all turns out correct I suggest to review the opening balance and then input the correct amount if necessary.

Once everything is fixed, we can now start the reconciliation again.
