Accounts Receivable Record Showing in Checking Register

I am reconciling my checking account in QuickBooks and I see there are quite a few records that are showing that won't match because they are actually Accounts Receivable records. These shouldn't be appearing in my checking register, correct? The deposit for these records is already reconciled. Screenshot is attached. HOw can I get these to stop appearing? Thanks for your help.

Hello @twGrog,

 

You can edit the source account of your transactions to remove them from your checking account. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to Accounting.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts.
  3. Find the checking account in question.
  4. Under ACTION, select View register.
  5. Click the transaction listed on your screenshot, one at a time.
  6. Select Edit.
  7. On the Deposit to menu, select any of your accounts other than your checking account. Say Undeposited Funds.
  8. Click Save and close.
