I recently opened a bank account with Quickbooks. I am needing to add my co owners info but can't find where to do so. Where do I go?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @doghousedivided. To add your co-owner to QuickBooks Checking, they need to go through the usual sign-up process. Let me walk you through the process.

First, they must sign up for QuickBooks Payments and get a QuickBooks Checking account once approved. However, they need to answer a few extra questions. We're required to gather information about co-owners of legal businesses that aren't sole proprietorships to comply with bank regulations.

If you haven't signed up yet, you may inform us about your co-owner and submit their information within 30 days of signing up for QuickBooks Checking.

Here's an article for detailed information: QuickBooks Checking FAQ.

To follow up with the application, you can contact our customer support team. They have the necessary tools to pull up your account securely and assist you further in adding your co-owner to your QuickBooks Checking account.

Additionally, you can link your QuickBooks Checking account to QuickBooks Online (QBO) to allow transactions to download automatically.

Keep in touch if you have any clarifications about adding a co-owner to your account. The Community is always glad to assist you. Stay safe, and have a great day ahead.
