It seems like you're attempting to manually add a bank account in QuickBooks Online. If that's what you're trying to accomplish, I can walk you through the steps.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From the left navigation menu, click on Accounting.
  2. On the Chart of Accounts page, click on the New button.
  3. In the Account Type field, choose Bank.
  4. In the Detail Type field, pick the appropriate bank account type (For example; Checking, Savings).
  5. Enter a name for the bank account in the Name field. You can also add a description for this account
  6. Select the currency for the bank account in the Currency field.
  7. Enter the opening balance for the bank account in the Balance field. 
  8. Click on the Save and Close.

I'm also having the same issue.

 

To my surprise look what I found in Novo's support page:

 

Does Novo integrate with QuickBooks?

No, currently, we do not integrate with QuickBooks. You can link your Novo account to QuickBooks by logging in to your QuickBooks account.
