The best way so that the bank entries will be separated from the others is to create a dummy bank account. Then, you can record the transactions on that account.

1. Select Chart of Accounts from the Accounting menu.
2. Click New and select Bank as the Account Type.
3. Enter the details needed, and tap Save and close.

However, you'll want to seek some advice from your accountant. They can share their expertise on what's the best way to handle this in QuickBooks Online.
