Adding a bank account manually

I can guide you through the steps on how to add a foreign account in the Chart of accounts, @Atas2020,

Before doing so, you must turn on the Multicurrency feature in order for QuickBooks to allow other currencies. Please note that this feature is only available in QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, and Advanced editions.

Once set up, follow these steps to add the account:

1. Tap the Gear ⚙️icon and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Press New.
3. In the Account dialog, select the appropriate Account Type and Detail Type.
4. Enter a Name for the new account and an optional Description.
5. Select the currency to assign to the account from the Currency ▼ drop-down menu.
   
6. Hit  Save and Close.

Once added, you can import the transactions manually using a CSV file. For the import format, refer to this article: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks

Once mapped, here's how you can import the CSV file:

1. Still from the Banking menu, click the Link Account drop-down.
2. Click on Upload from file from the options.
3. Press Browse and choose the file you want to upload.
   
4. Choose an account from the list, then Next.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to map the fields.
6. Select the transactions to import.
7. Click Yes then Let’s go.

After that, you will need to review the transactions in the same page you upload the file. See this:
