Hi there, @aka-ali-kerr-the.

I'm here to help share insights about how you're able to verify a bank account in QuickBooks Online.

There are two settings we'll have to set up for you to verify your bank account information. I'll share them and walk you through the steps on how to accomplish each task.

Firstly, if you are trying to verify your bank account to process online bill payments, let's configure your accounts and settings. To do so:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Accounts and settings.
  3. Choose Bill Pay.
  4. Select Bank Accounts.
  5. Click Set up new bank.

Kindly read and use this article to learn more about online bill payments: Add a New Bank Account in Online Bill Pay.

Meanwhile, here's how to enter and verify your bank account information if you're trying to process direct deposit payroll in QuickBooks:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Payroll Settings.
  3. On the Bank Accounts section, select Company.
  4. Enter your bank account information.
  5. Click OK.

Here's an article you can read to learn more about adding a new bank account for direct deposit payroll: Change your Payroll Bank Account in QuickBooks Online.

Lastly, consider logging in to your account using any of our supported browser versions and use this reference for guidance on all the features and functions you can utilize in QuickBooks: Help Articles in QuickBooks Online. Also, you're able to read subtopics that will describe how a feature is used and how to accomplish tasks related to its functions.
