In QBO shouldn't the undeposited fund be available to select when Bank Deposit screen is accessed?

Hello there, @QB-Advisor. I'd gladly help you locate your unavailable sales receipt in the bank deposit screen.

In your case, it's possible that the sales receipt you've created was deposited to the bank, not in the Undeposited fund.

To confirm, we'll need to open the Sales receipt and check the Deposit to section. This way we can also check where it is being deposited. If it's really on the Undeposited funds, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps. This helps fix your browser to work better and faster. Here's how:

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Log in to your QuickBooks company file in an incognito or private browser and try to see if you can select it in the bank deposit screen. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works, you can return to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Then you may see if it fixes the problem and gets started on the tasks at hand.
