After it shows funded how long does it take to be deposit to the bank account

I'd like to verify your concern. Are you referring to the customer payments? If you have the Payments feature enabled, QuickBooks will automatically deposit the funds in your bank account. 

You can also see the deposits when you sign in to the Merchant Service Center.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
2. Select the Activity & Reports tab and then Transactions or Deposits.
