After paying for live bookkeepers to categorize my 2022 transactions I can no longer edit or see any of them. How can I fix this and be able to edit like before?

I can think of a reason why you're unable to see or edit transactions from 2022, axiom4ever. Let me share with you how.

 

Only authorized users can do banking tasks in your QuickBooks Online company. Make sure you have the primary or company admin role so you can access and handle bank transactions.

 

Here's how you can check your company role:

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manage users.
  3. Locate your name on the user list.
  4. Review your role under the User type column.

 

If you're not the primary or company admin, you can reach out to your primary admin and have them add you as the admin.
