Question

After three months of not working, Venmo suddenly started connecting but then abruptly stopped again today. Does anyone else still have this issue?

It gives me error 103 and I have checked and rechecked the password and username for Venmo, tried different browsers, private windows, cleared cookies, etc. STILL NOT working.

Upon checking, the investigation about Venmo error 103 is still in progress. Our dedicated Product Engineers are working hard to identify the cause of this issue and to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support Team so that you'll be added to the list of affected users and be given updates regarding the status of the issue via email.

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose to Have us call you to connect with us.
