Let me help you bring your bank transactions into your bank feeds so you can get back to business, Perry.

Let's begin with ensuring you've connected these credit card accounts for online banking and check how the bank sends the downloaded transactions.

If all transactions download to one account, connect only the parent account. If the transactions download to the individual accounts, connect the subaccounts only.

Please note that you can’t connect a parent account and its subaccounts simultaneously. Refer to this article for detailed information: About bank or credit card subaccount setup.

Once you have verified that the connection is correct, let's manually update your bank account to download any missing transactions. This process will help refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select the bank account and click Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.

Also, check your bank's website for any alerts or scheduled maintenance. In the meantime, I recommend manually uploading the missing bank transactions to QBO. For further information, refer to this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, here are some helpful resources to help you ensure that your accounts are accurate as well as review and categorize them in QuickBooks Online:

I'll be checking on your response. Please know that I'm always here to assist if you have any other banking concerns. Take care.
