All I am getting is a green circle and I can not post anything

Are you trying to post here in the Community forum? If so, I got this one and I can provide the necessary steps to fix this.

 

It could be a browser-related issue. Let's start by using a private or incognito browser. If you're able to post here, you can go back to your default browser. Then, clear the cache and cookies. 

 

Your browser’s cache saves files on your computer to load websites faster on your next visit. But over time, it also gets outdated which can cause issues. Follow the steps to clear the cache for your browser.

 

 

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect. I also recommend using use a supported, up-to-date browser when using QuickBooks.
