All my QuickBooks transactions are not importing

I have imported my cap one transactions and it will only import current transactions..... i need the transactions from 2020

Utilize SlickConnect to import past transactions. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
