American Express rewards card was never received

Hi there, jayne. I'm here to help you see the rewards card in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If your American Express account is connected to your QBO account, we can manually refresh the connection of your bank feeds. This way, you'll get the latest transactions. Here's how:

1. Go to Bookkeeping, then Transactions.
2. Next, click Bank transactions.
3. Select Update.
4. Once done, you can check the For review section.

If this is not the case, I recommend reaching out to your bank about being unable to receive the rewards card. Since QBO only depends on the data that your financial institution has successfully shared.

You can also manually upload bank data into your QBO account via CSV files.
