AMEX Delta skymiles business card won’t conenct

I started having issues with my AMEX connecting after the new update. I put all the right info in and the account loads, however, the charges do not pull in to the transactions area of QB after that update. Also, I have to reconnect the AMEX every time I open QB. Please advise. Thanks so much!

Allow me to join you here and offer help to make sure you get new banking transactions, jsizzle24.

 

Most of the time, browser issues can cause interruptions and prevents QBO from downloading banking transactions. Can you tell us if there's an error message when trying to downloaded transactions from Amex Delta?

 

In the meantime, let me share some steps that can resolve common banking issues in QuickBooks. 

 

If you have a different browser, use it and log back in to QBO. Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari are all compatible with QBO.

 

If you only have one browser, follow these steps on how to switch to a private or incognito browsing session:

 

  • Ctrl Shift  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

 

Once done, go back to the Banking menu and follow these steps to manually update the account:

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Banking.
  2. Select Update.
