Question

An employee card was added. Transactions were showing up in the bank register but now it doesn't. The bank side shows it as linked and the QB side shows it as linked.

Welcome to the Community, nhradrag1. I'm here to guide you on how to view your transaction in your bank register.

 

Since you're verified and still connected, it's possible that this is uncategorized. With that, you can go ahead and check the data on the Banking menu for the missing transaction.

 

If the transactions are showing under the For Review tab, you can categorize them.

 

On the other, if they are not uncategorized, you can check out the Audit Log report to see if data are exclude/delete in the bank register.
