Hi there, @evan-axisfoils-c. I'm here to share steps so you can be able to get statements for your foreign customer.

Let me first discuss details about this.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the option to create customer statements for multiple currencies is currently unavailable. The program will only generate data based on the home currency.

As a workaround, you can run the Transaction List by Customer report and enable the Currency column to see transactions for foreign customers. Here's how:

  1. In your QBO account, navigate to the Reports menu and type Transaction List by Customer in the Search bar. Then, click the result.
  2. From there, select the Customize button.
  3. Set the specific report period.
  4. Next, expand the Rows/Columns section and click the Change columns link.
  5. Check the box for Currency.
  6. Then, go to the Filters section.
  7. Once done, click Run report.

Please let me know how the step goes. I'd appreciate any updates you can add. If you have other concerns about managing multi-currency in QBO, feel free to leave a reply below. I'm always around the Community and ready to lend a hand. Have a good one and keep safe.

Hi Divina_N

Thank you for the detailed message. Unfortunately, the Currency option is not available in my menu.
Any other ideas?

Welcome back, @evan-axisfoils-c.

I've come to share additional information about managing currency in QuickBooks Commerce and QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When you connect your QuickBooks Commerce with QBO, you won't be able to use multi-currency. That's why you don't have the Currency option in your menu. You can check out this article to learn more about multi-currency: Multi-currency FAQ.
