Question

Anyone else having issues downloading the data into an excel spreadsheet? It comes up all "0"'s.

You've got me here to figure out your issues downloading data into an excel, BWII.

 

To clarify, what specific data are you trying to export? You can try click the Enable Editing button in the upper part of the Excel file if it work. 

 

To isolate the issue, let's try opening your account in a private (incognito) window and ensure that your Microsoft Excel is updated. Using a safe browser and accessing the program from there can usually fix the issue.

 

Check out these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl Shift P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P 

 

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history.
