Anyone else having trouble unlinking a bank account? The button that's supposed to be there, isn't!

Thanks for checking in with the Community. I’d be happy to help clarify QuickBooks Cash accounts for you.

QuickBooks Cash can't be removed like a normal bank account. If you are no longer using QB Cash for your business, you can close the QB Cash account, which would remove envelopes.

To do that, just make sure that you have a $0 QB Cash Balance and then call the number on your debit card to discuss closing the account.

If you want to keep your QB Cash open, but just don't want to see envelopes, you can call QB support to discuss options. To do that:

• Then Contact Us at the bottom of the window
