Anyone getting individual transactions downloaded from US Bank Singlepoint?

This help 'feature' doesn't work well. I've posed this question multiple times and it still doesn't connect with the online thread. As of mid November, update feature doesn't pull details from US Bank SinglePoint.

You've mentioned you're getting individual transaction downloaded, are you referring to only one or no new transactions? Any information you can provide will help us decide what steps to take to fix your bank feeds problem.

 

As I've further checked, I can see that we have an ongoing investigation about some missing or no transactions downloaded from SinglePoint. Our banking engineers are now investigating the cause of this unexpected behavior. 

 

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support to add you to the list of affected users. This guarantees that you'll receive email updates on the progress of this issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Enter your concern.
  3. Choose Talk to a human.
  4. Click the Contact us link.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.

 

In the meantime, you can get transactions from your bank through CVS files and manually upload to bring them into QuickBooks Online. For instructions and more details steps, please see this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

 

You can begin matching and categorizing those transactions after they are in QuickBooks to ensure they are in the appropriate accounts.
