PNC bank connection issues

Thanks for visiting the Community about your banking issue. We’ll have to perform a manual update to refresh the connection between QBO and PNC.

 

Before we proceed, may I know if you encounter any errors? This is to trace if we have a reported issue.

 

When you're ready, let’s go to the Banking page to accomplish this task. I’m here to guide you on how to get there.

 

  1. Tap the Banking menu on the left panel and choose the Banking option.
  2. Press the Update in the upper left.
  3. If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

 

If you continue to get the same result, perform Steps 2-4 in the following guide: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.


In the meantime, use the Web Connect feature to download the transactions and manually import them into QuickBooks. I’m also attaching an article that can help you in the future. It contains topics and resources on how to handle any bank feed activities: Self-help articles.
