Hello there. I'll be happy to guide you on linking your Truist bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Connecting your bank account in QBO allows the program to download your latest transactions automatically. Doing so saves time in updating your bank feeds. To do that:

  1. Go to Transactions and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Click Link Account.
  3. Search your bank's name or enter the URL, then select the bank.
  4. Enter your sign-in information and click Continue.
  5. Select the account you want to connect and the date to pull transactions from. Then, Next.
  6. Choose the Account Type and click Next.

For further details, please refer to this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, review and categorize your transactions to the appropriate accounts to ensure your books are accurate.

Keep in touch if you need further help connecting your bank account in QBO, and we'll respond promptly to assist. Stay safe.

@hello@mitzvahhou

you can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
