Anyone know if u take a payment and it says deposited into undeposited account?

To clarify, are you trying to record the payment to the correct account? If so, you can simply make a deposit in QuickBooks Online. 

Here's how:

1. Click the + New and choose Bank Deposit.
2. Select the account you want to deposit the funds into from the Account dropdown.
3. Check the box for each transaction you want to combine.
4. Make sure the total of the selected transactions matches your deposit slip. Use your deposit slip as a reference.
5. Once done,  Save and close or Save and new.
