Hi, @jowen-eoni-com.

Thank you for adding a post here on the Community forum. I'll help you with connecting your credit card account to QuickBooks.

As long as your bank or credit card account is supported for an online banking connection with QuickBooks, you should be able to connect it smoothly. Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account, then go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click on Bank accounts under Transactions.
  3. Tap on the Connect another account tab.
  4. Search for your bank or credit card account, then follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the connection.

If you can't find your credit card account, you can click on the Request support for your bank to request a connection between QuickBooks. Then, input your bank's name and URL, and hit Request. You can open this link as your additional guide: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.

Once your credit card is connected to QuickBooks and the transactions are added to QBSE, you can categorize them and put your transactions on the correct line of your Schedule C and expense categories.

Please feel free to get back to me here for any additional questions about connecting your credit card account to QBSE. I always have your back. Have a good one!
