Anyone seeing this? Looks like the connection to M&T Bank - Business isn’t available right now.Try again in a few hours. (102)it's been like this for 2 days

Thanks for notifying us of the banking issue you're facing, info86.

 

There's an ongoing issue with M&T bank where our customers are encountering error 102. Rest assured, our engineers are working together on the permanent fix. In this case, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll add you to the list of affected users and you'll receive an email notification once we resolve the issue. 

 

You can reach our Customer Support for QBO by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. Then, let them add you to Investigation No. 76370. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
  2. Provide us with some information about your concern.
  3. Select the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern, then on the Let's talk button. 
  4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.

For more information about bank error 102 and on how to resolve it, check out this article: Fix bank errors 102 and 105. While we're still working on a fix, just manually add your bank transactions through the WebConnect process. Here's an article you can refer to for more details about manually uploading transactions into QuickBooks Online.

 

Once bank transactions are downloads, you can now start categorizing or matching them to straighten out your books. After that, you have the option to do your regular bank reconciliation. Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I'll share an update about the M&T Bank connection. Then, routed you to the right person to assist you further on this matter so you can get back on track.

 

The error 102 with M&T bank is still tagged as an ongoing issue.  We are unable to provide a specific time frame as to when this will be fixed and an exact workaround to be performed.

 

For now,  I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team to ensure you're able to receive an update through email once this has been resolved. Please follow the steps above on how to reach them.

Looks like this issues continues to persist. I called MTB to get their help in the matter and they informed me that it would require me to pay a $9.95 monthly service to access the account information and have it automatically populate into QuickBooks.
