Are we able to modify client name display from first name last name to last name, first name in bulk rather than individually for each client? Can this be defaulted?

The option to modify a client name by batch is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. You'll have to manually change its info one at a time. Here's how:

1. Click the Sales tab.
2. Select Customers.
3. Select the customer, then click Edit.

Also, when you modify customer data, any changes will reflect in other areas of your company file. The system also updates any recurring templates that use previous information such as:

• Billing Address
• Shipping Address
• Email
• Is Taxable
• Preferred Payment Method
• Terms
• Preferred Delivery Method
