Aspire Bank connection no longer works
My quickbooks online connection to Aspire (aspireapp.com) no longer works.
The error message I have been getting in Quickbooks for nearly a month is:
Something isn't working
Sorry, we can't update your account. Please wait a few hours and try updating again (101).
We reported this and will notify you when it's fixed
So the advice of waiting a few hours isn't working in this case. It last synced correctly June 16, and is now July 10.
I reported it to Aspire bank, and their response is:
We apologize to hear about the issue of syncing your Aspire account to Quickbooks. Please know that the connection with Aspire and Quickbooks is mainly handled by them.
With this, we kindly advise you to kindly raise a ticket directly with Quickbooks. QB will do the investigation and if they found that this is an Aspire issue, they will redirect it to us internally.
Can this be investigated by Quickbooks?
