The current login fields dont match the changes that Atlantic made to their website. I contacted support a month ago and havent been able to sync my accounts since then.

We've received similar cases or reports from customers where the current login fields in QuickBooks Online (QBO) don't match the ones in Atlantic Union. I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team so they can gather additional data about the issue and sign up to the list of impacted users.

 

To obtain the contact information:

 

  1. Tap the Help icon in the upper right of your company to display the support window.
  2. In the Assistant tab, enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something bar.
  3. Press the Get help from a human link to view support options.
  4. Choose Chat to initiate a conversation or Callback to speak with an agent.
