Hi there, Kim. Let me provide information on the payment field not showing on your end.

Sometimes, cache-related issues can cause QuickBooks Online (QBO) to load incorrectly. As a result, this has caused the payment field not to show up.

If the field to enter the amount is not showing up, I recommend performing browser troubleshooting steps. Let me help you by logging into your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser.

Here are some common steps that can resolve unexpected results in QBO:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you can successfully log in using a private browser, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.

Furthermore, you can refer to this article to review your downloaded transactions in QBO: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online

Leave a comment if you're still having trouble importing your bank transactions. I'm always here to lend a hand. Take care.

@kim258

Do you need to pay a bill to your vendor with a credit card or else?

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. DId you encounter the same error?

One alternative is to use Transfer instead of Pay Down Credit Card. From is your payment account, to is the credit card.
