Authenticating QB with bank

Trying to reauthenticate Starling bank account. I have tried: Completely out of QB and back in again; using a different browser; accessing via a private window in both browsers; swearing; It is not giving me the option of disconnecting and reconnecting as it has stopped syncing. Help!

Let’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps to make sure the issue isn’t browser-related. Local internet cache files may be the reason for this unexpected behavior. 

 

Let’s start logging in to QuickBooks using a private window. Here’s how:

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

Once signed in, try to reauthenticate the bank again. Once fixed, let's clear the cache of your main browser. This helps remove its stored cache so it'll function efficiently.
