Auto-Sync only Partially Working

We have installed the app 'OneSaas' to Shopify. This automatically syncs and creates sales in Quickbooks online for us. 

I have managed to get the settings all set up, however for some reason it is not syncing any sales that have been paid for by card using Shopify's payment gateway. 

Is there a setting to change this?

First of all, I'd like to know if you have encountered an error message? If so, let me know the details so we can find specific troubleshooting to fix it.
