Bank account data won't update.

Before we do so, may I ask if you receive any error messages when attempting to update any of your bank accounts that you've connected to your QBO company? This way, I'll be able to provide you with a more accurate resolution to your concern.

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?).
3. Select either tab to get started:

• Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
