Bank Account Issues

For 4 months my bank accounts have updated correctly each day. But two days ago QB started pulling in the information from the wrong account. I disconnected and re-connected twice, and I'm still having the same issue.

 

I have three bank accounts in an online portal; two belong to my company. The info has been fine. Suddenly one of the accounts is pulling info from the non-company account into QB instead of the company account.

 

How can this be fixed? I tried my only options it seems,

    I want to make sure the correct bank transactions are being uploaded to your QuickBooks Online account.

     

    It sounds like you've tried all of the correct troubleshooting steps. To get this resolved as quickly as possible I recommend reaching out to a member of the QuickBooks Online Support Team. An agent will be able to take a closer look to determine why this is happening with your bank accounts. They'll also be able to get the issue escalated further if need be. 

     

    Here's how to get in touch with the team:

     

    1. Click the Help (?) button.
    2. Select either tab to get started:
      - Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
      - Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
        a. Start a chat with a support expert.
        b. Get a callback from the next available expert.
