Bank account need a call

Here are the steps: 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Go to the (?) Help icon.
3. Choose the Talk to a human option (type it again if prompted).
4. Enter I still need a human, then click Contact us.
5. Then choose either Send a message (if you prefer to chat) or Get a callback.
