Thanks for coming in today, @etaylor1.

I'll be glad to assist you in keeping your bank account updated. To verify, are you getting an error code or error message? That way, we can walk you through the right steps for the fix.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions via WebConnect. Let me guide you how.

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer.
  3. Check the date range for the download. Then, save the file on your computer's desktop.

To import:

  1. Go to Banking. Then, select the Banking tab.
  2. Highlight the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Tick the Link account drop-down and then Upload from file.
  4. Choose Browse and then locate the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, Next.
  5. In the QuickBooks account drop-down, pick the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then, Next.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks.
  7. Click Let's go.

Please let me know how you get on after trying the steps, as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Just reply to this thread and I'll get back to you, as quickly as possible. Take care and have a nice day ahead.
