Anyone else having issues connecting Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union ?

 

lLiterally every time I login it gives me an error code. I’ve used it on mint and other apps by intuit with no issues

For now, I suggest clicking the Update button on the Banking page. It will help refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks.

  1. Go to Bookkeeping and select Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Click to highlight the account you're updating.
  3. Click the Update button. 

 

This updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new entries.

 

If the issue persists, the issue may be on the bank’s end. Their website may be undergoing maintenance or have server issues. To confirm this one, you have to sign into your bank’s website. I’ve tried login through private browser and that doesn’t work either . Nor does it work through the app. 

I’ve called also to the customer service QuickBooks and no one has help me

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) for the time being.
