Bank Connection

Any reason why my bank account connection gets disconnected every time I reload my QBO? 

It says I need to verify bank info - I verify info - and then if I reload the bank it says the connection has been interrupted. Why does this keep happening?

So I can doublecheck the backend for any open investigations, would you care to share which bank you're using? 

 

While I await your response, let's try some basic troubleshooting steps. Such as opening an incognito/private browser. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated, and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your bank connection. Opening a private/incognito browser will give you a fresh window with no saved cache. 

 

Here are some keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

 

If you find that you're no longer having issues with your bank connection, you'll need to go ahead and Clear the cache from your browser
