Bank Connection Not Working 5th 3rd

Bank connection to 5th 3rd no longer working. Over an hour of support only to be told "its a reported issue" with no resolution. Any one else?

In the meantime, we recommend manually uploading your transactions in QBO until the reported issue is resolved.

 

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Go to Transactions and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Click on the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions i
  3. Select the Link account▼ dropdown and then Upload from file.

  4. Choose Drag and Drop or select Files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, select Continue.

  5. In the QuickBooks Account▼ dropdown, click the account you want to upload the transactions. Then, Continue.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks.
  7. Once done, select the transactions you'd like to import and select Continue.

  8. Then, click Yes. When you've accepted your transactions, then select Done.

 

Moreover, when the connection between QBO and Fifth Third Bank is restored, you might notice that duplicate transactions are downloaded automatically. You can exclude these duplicate entries to keep your financial records accurate and organized.

None of these steps were helpful. I have tried all of the suggestions, went through support chat for over an hour repeating the same steps over and over, It does not work, period.

The link that is supposed to be for 5th 3rd is incorrect and I mentioned that several times throughout the chat but Noone at QB has taken the time to check the link! It does not take me to a commecial account sign in. We are already looking for a replacement for QB, this is ridiculous!!
